Why Outsource Compliance?

The cost of running a compliant office is not always practical for the average chiropractic clinic. On the medical side, you’ve seen consolidation of 10 to 15 practitioners who share costs on staff and equipment allowing them to remain compliant without impacting profits. Chiropractic is tricky. With most practices being one or two doctors, the added cost to truly manage modern compliance may not make good business sense, but the requirement is still there. ChiroArmor allows you to have your own compliance team at a fraction of the cost.

Over the past decade, our team of experts has been working to protect our profession and educate our doctors on navigating compliance while trying to run a successful practice. As you know, they don’t always go hand in hand. That is the primary reason why Dr. Scott Munsterman, Best Practices Academy, Dr. Steven Conway, DC/JD, Medicare Expert, and Dr. Ray Foxworth, ChiroHealthUSA have joined forces to bring you ChiroArmor.

There are three costs to consider when running a compliant practice; hard costs, soft costs, and emotional costs. We’ll break these down in detail when we speak with you. In the meantime, here are some questions to consider.

Do you have a compliance manual?

If so, are you updating it regularly?

Do you have full-time employees?

Do you have a dedicated staff member monitoring compliance?

If so, is that person trained and certified?

Are you doing regular chart reviews?

Are you doing a quarterly compliance gap analysis?

Afraid you don’t know what you need to know?

Let us handle the stress of compliance.
You have patients to see.
